Wine Shipper

This single parcel wine shipper is designed to safely deliver two bottles of wine and two wine glasses across the United States verified by the standard ISTA 3A small parcel procedure. The procedure consisted of various drop tests and vibration tests in which the glasses or bottles did not break. This wine shipper can be easily opened by pulling the top insert up revealing the four components. C-flute corrugated board was used in this project because of its wide availability and industry standard. 

- Design a package system for a single parcel environment.

- The package must hold two wine glasses and two wine bottles, and travel a simulated route from Paso Robles, CA to New York City, NY.

- Designed on ArtiosCAD.

- Cut with Kongsberg cutting table.

- Design tested and validated using ISTA 3A Procedure.

- Designed a compact single parcel package that successfully protected the inside contents.

- Package design features handles and cutouts for ease of opening.
